Friday Club is aimed at young people aged school years 7 – 10
We meet every Friday 7.30pm – 9pm providing a safe and friendly space where you can hang out with your friends (and make some new ones).
We run a mix of informal activities like table tennis, pool, table football and a tuck shop. During the evening there will usually be at least one activity for us all to join in like computer games, dance, quizzes, and cooking.
We try to run regular trips during the year including Bowling, Outdoor games and Ice Skating.
We think that it is important to share what God says in the Bible with others, so for a few minutes during the evening we put down our bats and cues, and one of the leaders shares a short thought with the rest of us. We don’t demand that everyone who comes to club believes everything that we say, but Friday club is a church Youth Club and we expect the members and leaders to respect each other and their beliefs.
